Develop your self-confidence through Vinyasa Krama (flow sequences), Pranayama (breahtwork) and Meditation in this special two-hour class with Jo. Confident people are awesome! Sometimes we need a helping hand to give off that confidence vibe and have faith in our decisions, believe in our abilities, and let go of our perfectionism. Yoga can help; going to a yoga class has been shown to boost your self-esteem and self-confidence. Doing yoga sends a positive message to our body and mind that we care about ourselves and improves our self-confidence. In this class we will start to build our confidence through the eight-limbed path of Classical Yoga. We will build our physical strength through the practice of āsāna (postures), and confidence through Pranayama and Meditation. Open to all levels.
